2583350 Ontario Inc. operating as Method Fitness filed an assignment in bankruptcy on March 7, 2019 and Baigel Corp. was appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee (“Trustee“) to deal with the bankrupt estate. The notice and the associated documents linked below are provided for information purposes to stakeholders and do not constitute advice.
The Trustee will be contacting employees, instructors and members shortly to deal with various matters including claims, access to lockers and recovery of items. The Trustee is exploring a sale of the gym which may result in service continuing after a short break.
